CONGRESS LANGUAGE
The official language of the Congress is ENGLISH. Simultaneous translation into Chinese will only be provided at Plenary Session 1, some of the luncheon and satellite symposiums. The Case Management sessions will be conducted separately in English and Chinese.

ADMISSION TO CONGRESS ROOMS
All delegates entering the congress rooms must present their badges for scanning by the APCH Crew for security purposes. Admission to the rooms is strictly by valid badges only.

Attendance Certificates are made available to all registered delegates. For onsite registered delegates, please proceed to the Registration Counters, Level 1 to collect the certificate according to the following schedule:

PAYMENT
Payment may be made either in cash or by credit card. Please take note that ONLY US Dollars and Renminbi (RMB) are accepted at the Congress.

CME points will be awarded to local delegates who have attended the 2.5 day Congress.

MEALS
During the Main Congress on November 17 and 18, 2007lunches are served to all registered conference delegates wearing the Congress badges. Two lunch vouchers in different colours will be issued to delegates with the badge and will be collected by APCH 2007 Crew at the entrance of the Ballroom 1 (Hall 1, Level 2) and Ballroom 2 (Hall 3, Level 1). Congress meals are included in the registration fee. No lunch vouchers will be made available for sale. Daily teabreaks will be served at Level 1 and 2.

Gala dinner ticket at USD25 is available for purchase at the APCH 2007 Registration desk on a first-come first-served basis.

An information counter is located at Level 1, Main Lobby. Participants may proceed to the counter to leave or collect their messages.

HOSPITALITY DESK
The Hospitality Desk is available at all delegates’ disposal at the Congress venue from November 17 to 19, 2007 located at Level 1, Lobby. For assistance with hotels, optional tours, or flights, delegates may approach the Hospitality Desk.

PRESS REGISTRATION
Press representatives will have to register together with a copy of their Press ID or any valid supporting document confirming his/her status of Press representation.

NO SMOKING
For the comfort and health of all APCH 2007 delegates, smoking is strictly prohibited in the Congress rooms. We appreciate your co-operation.

MOBILE PHONES
Delegates are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones in silent mode during the scientific sessions and Official Functions.

LOST/SUSPICIOUS ARTICLES
Do not leave any articles unattended. If you find any unattended or suspicious-looking articles, please alert the Security Staff on duty. Do not remove them if you are unsure. All participants are responsible for their belongings. Contact the Secretariat Room in the event of any loss.
