Accommodation has been reserved for participants at following hotels. Delegates who wish to book accommodation at any of the listed hotels must complete the appropriate section of the Registration Form. Accommodation Bookings cannot be accepted after 15 October 2007. Delegates will need to make their own accommodation arrangements after this date.

Accommodation Deposit
An unrefundable deposit of one night's tariff per room is required to secure a hotel booking and must accompany the registration form as per hotel policy. No accommodation booking will be accepted unless accompanied by a deposit. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel on checkout. Hotel booking confirmation will be sent upon receipt of appropriate hotel deposit in due time.

Change of Booking
Any change to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat and not directly to the Hotel.

Check-in Time
The standard check in time at hotels is 12:00 a.m. onwards. If a room is required prior to this time, the Congress Secretariat should be advised. Hotels may otherwise charge an additional day's fee.
